What we collect
Contact form. Name, company, email, and the message you send. We use it to reply to you and to prepare a quote. We do not use it for marketing.
Server logs. IP address, browser, and timestamps. Kept for 30 days. Used to keep the site running and to detect abuse.
Cookies. One session cookie when you submit the form, plus one analytics cookie if you accept it. Full list on the Cookies page.

Why we are allowed to use it
- Contract / pre-contract: replying to your message and preparing a proposal.
- Legitimate interest: keeping logs to operate and protect the site.
- Consent: analytics cookies, only if you accept them.
04 · Sharing
Who else is involved
Email is sent through our SMTP provider. The site is hosted on AWS Frankfurt. Analytics, if you accept it, runs on Plausible (EU). No one else gets your data.
05 · Retention
How long we keep your data
Contact form messages: 24 months from your last contact, then deleted. Server logs: 30 days. Accounting documents: 10 years, as required by Italian law.

Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see what we have about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to receive a copy. Write to info@binarybears.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali if you think something is wrong.

Changes to this policy
The date at the top shows when this page was last updated. We will announce any important change on the homepage before it takes effect.
