01 / Controller
Who is responsible
BinaryBears, LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. For privacy questions, write to info@binarybears.com.
02 / Website
Information generated by a visit
We do not run advertising trackers or audience analytics on this website. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser details, the requested URL, and a timestamp to deliver the site, maintain reliability, and protect it from abuse.
This site does not include a contact form. It does not collect a name, company, project brief, or email address while you browse.
03 / Email
When you contact us
The email links on the site open your own email application. Nothing is sent to BinaryBears until you choose to send a message. If you do, we receive the address, content, and attachments you provide and use them to reply, understand your request, and take pre-contractual steps where relevant.
We keep correspondence only for as long as it remains useful for the conversation, our business records, dispute handling, or a legal obligation.
04 / Previews
Project previews
The Open Source and Custom work browsers do not load an external project site until you select a project or press “Launch preview.” At that point, your browser connects directly to that project’s host inside an embedded frame. USB Bench, ntfsmac, Tracker Radar and XB30 Controller are hosted on GitHub Pages, so GitHub may receive ordinary request information under its own privacy terms.
Custom work previews connect to the selected project’s website, including looksmaxxing.binarybears.com. These hosts may receive ordinary request information under their own privacy terms.
You can use the external-link control to open a project in a separate tab instead of the embedded preview.
05 / Providers
Who helps us operate
We rely on service providers for website hosting, email, security, and the public hosting of open-source project pages. They process limited information needed to provide those services. Depending on the provider and visitor location, technical information may be processed outside your country with the safeguards required by applicable law.
06 / Rights
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or provide a copy of personal information we hold about you, or object to how it is used. Email info@binarybears.com. You may also contact the data-protection authority responsible for your location.
07 / Changes
Keeping this accurate
We update this policy when the site or our handling of information changes. The date above identifies the current version.
